FAQs
Morning Yoga?
We’re kicking off the day with an optional morning yoga flow at 10:00 AM—a beautiful way to connect, center, and set the tone for the celebrations ahead. The class will be led by April Krantz of Uplift Yoga and Strength, and it’s all levels—so whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, you’re welcome to join. We’ll have hydration-focused drinks to enjoy after class. Please BRING YOUR OWN yoga mat if you can (we’ll have a few extras on hand just in case).
Dress Code?
Think elevated cocktail with personality—dress to impress, but stay comfy! Since our ceremony will be on grass, we recommend block heels, wedges, or stylish flats for women, and dress shoes or loafers for men. Feel free to bring a fun pair of dancing shoes to swap into for the reception.
It’s early fall in the Finger Lakes, so the days are mild and the evenings can be cool. We’ll have fire pits and outdoor heaters, but you might want to bring layers for when the sun sets. There will be plenty of space to store extra items safely at the venue.
Outfit inspiration:
Women: Midi or knee-length cocktail dresses, silk or satin slip dresses with a wrap, jumpsuits with statement earrings, fall florals, jewel tones (bridal party will be in mocha, gold and rust colors).
Men: Tailored suits or blazers with dress pants, rich fall colors like burgundy or deep blue, paired with a patterned tie or pocket square to add personality (groomsmen will be in tan with rust accents.
Obviously - don’t wear white :)
What’s the wedding schedule?
10 -11 AM — Yoga + Hydration (arrive between 9:45-9:55am to settle in)
11-3 PM— Getting ready!
4 PM — Ceremony (arrive between 3:45-3:55pm to settle in) Refreshments will be served before you take your seats for a (slightly more robust, interactive ceremony experience).
Post-ceremony — Reception with a social hour, dinner, live band and a few delightful surprises to follow. We have the venue through 11pm and will be serving late night snacks in the evening (casual afterparty may form for our late night lovers).
Food & drink?
Dinner will be served buffet-style with gluten-free and vegetarian options available for everyone. If you have other dietary needs, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a special plate for you.
We’ll have an open bar all evening with the winerie’s signature wine, beer, and cocktails, along with ceremonial cacao and mocktails for non-alcoholic options.
Can I take photos?
We ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. This is a sacred moment for us, and we want to honor the traditions by having everyone fully present. Our photographer will capture it all so you can relax and enjoy!
Photos and videos are welcome during the reception! We’ll have a QR code available so you can share your favorites with the guests throughout the weekend.
Is transportation or parking available?
There is ample parking onsite. You will enter the venue off Rushville Road (42.62595, -77.39268) and be directed from there. We will not have any shuttles as people are staying in airbnb’s all around the venue area. We recommend carpooling and Ubers will also be available.
Where should I stay while I’m attending?
Check out our curated Accommodation Recommendations. Think cozy Airbnbs or charming hotels in Naples, but book soon to secure your spot. If you’re travelling from a far we recommend flying into Rochester or Buffalo Airport and driving in from there 1-2hrs.
Is there handicap accessibility?
Yes, golf cart pick-up and drop-off can be pre-arranged. Guests with limitations can be dropped off/picked up at the venue entrance, however, cars can’t stage at the location and will have to park in the lot. An ADA bathroom is also available. If you have any special requests - please reach out to Mitch for coordination: (716) 390-4337.
Are Children Invited?
We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but we're keeping the day adult-focused to preserve the retreat/festival-style experience. However, if you’d like to request an exception - we are open to that - please reach out to Mitch for coordination: (716) 390-4337.
Can I bring a plus one or date?
If you received a plus-one invitation, of course you’re welcome to bring them. If your invitation didn't mention a guest but you'd like to discuss, just reach out—we’ll do our best to make it work! Please reach out to Mitch for coordination: (716) 390-4337.
