Includes photo consultation, 30 min shoot on location (local only) and polished digital gallery of 8 images.
Scope of Services
Photographer agrees to provide photography services as described and agreed upon at the time of booking. Services may include embodiment practices, ceremonial elements, styled photography, and image delivery as outlined in the selected package.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the custom and ceremonial nature of services:
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling must occur with at least 14 days' notice and is subject to Photographer’s availability.
- In the case of emergency, Photographer will work in good faith to reschedule within a 90-day window.
- If the weather is torrential and Photographer determines shoot
is not possible, the session will be rescheduled for another day with no additional charge.
Image Delivery & Usage
Final edited images will be delivered via digital gallery within 4 weeks of the session unless otherwise specified.
Photographer retains the copyright to all images.
Client receives a limited license for personal or business use (depending on package), not for resale or distribution without written permission.
Creative Control
Client acknowledges and agrees to Photographer’s artistic discretion and editing style. While Photographer will consider Client preferences, the final selection and editing of images remains solely at Photographer’s discretion.
Client Responsibility
Client agrees to:
- Arrive on time and prepared for each session.
- Participate in embodiment practices or ceremonial components as agreed.
- Communicate clearly and promptly about scheduling, preferences, or changes.
Liability
Photographer is not liable for:
- Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, illness, equipment failure).
- Physical injuries during sessions unless due to Photographer's negligence.
- Loss of digital images after 30 days post-delivery.
Embodiment, Energetic, and Healing Practices Disclaimer
Client understands that sessions may include optional embodiment practices, breathwork, light movement, or energy-based techniques designed to support presence, creativity, and expression. These practices are not medical or psychological treatments and should not be used as a substitute for licensed healthcare.
Confidentiality & Publicity
Client authorizes Photographer to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
If Client requests privacy, a written opt-out must be submitted prior to the session.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Client agrees to:
- Participate at their own discretion and within their physical limits.
- Inform Photographer in advance of any injuries, trauma history, medical conditions, or limitations.
- Release Ritual Photography LLC and Photographer from any liability related to physical, emotional, or energetic discomfort or injury sustained during or after a session.
Participation is voluntary, and Client is free to decline or modify any part of the experience.
BY PURCHASING THE PHOTO PACKAGE YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE WORKING AGREEMENT.
