The Joy Practice
I love capturing moments of pure joy and laughter in my photoshoot & embodiment sessions. The vibration of the image radiates through as an imprint of the truth. Going deeper, cultivating joy in the body is a skill! A practice that raises your vibration, enhances gratitude and love in the body. 
The Practice:
- Sit quietly, feel your connection to the earth beneath you 
- Take three deep belly breaths 
- Begin to envision a memory where you experienced pure joy 
- Think of the location, who you were with, visualize it fully 
- Now connect it deeper into the body, what does it feel like in your toes, in your heart, at the top of your head, does this feeling have a color? 
- Sit with this as long as you can (1-5 min) embodying the full expression of joy 
- To close place both hands over your heart, smiling, take three breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth 
 I try to do this practice a few times a week! It really helps with brain function, stress management and promotes gratitude + happiness!
